Jack is a 6 y/o gelding that halters, ties, trailers and is good with his feet and rides.

Jack, a warmblood, was purchased at the Bowie Texas Livestock Auction as an O'Dwyer "Last Call" horse.  Jack , a 3year old, had a severe hitch in his right hip when he walked.  Not knowing how much pain Jack was in, DJean had two veterinarians watch the video with both agreeing that the hitch was most likely a chiropractic problem.  He has been in quarantine since then awaiting transport to our Tecate Rescue.
The Texas Veterinarian states that the hitch is from EPM. 
September 2022 - Jack is now in Tecate where we can provide the needed care.  He is currently sharing a pasture with Scout and Zonker (a donkey).
November 12th, 2023 - Jack has been adopted out.
