Lena was rescued from Bowie Auction in Texas. Two days later while in quarantine, her foal Nick was born. We transported Lena to Tecate Horse Rescue. May 2024 - Lena is an approximately 15-year-old mare. She has had one eye removed due to cancer. She can be haltered; she ties and loads. We have not yet tried to do saddle work. We believe she is gaited.
